Bonjour,

dés je installé outlook express sur mon pc, voila ce qu'il me signal :

"L'identité en cours n'a pas pu etre chargé, car une application n'a pas pu effectuer le changement.Femer toute les boite mails et recommancer"

Eyant tous fermé puis recommancé, toujours pareil,

Rien d'autre est installé en messagerie sur mon PC :keskidit:

    J'ai eu le même pépin.

    Il faut tout simplement supprimer la clé de registre :

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Identities
