Je n'ai plus l'option Personnaliser de ma barre d'outils Explorer sous XP

Elle a tout simplement disparu ??????????

    Dans démarrer / éxécuter : gpedit.msc , puis : config utilisateur / modèles d'administration / menu démarrer et barre des tâches.

    Pour acceder facilement à gpedit.msc ( et d'autres services ) , il y a le log : Inxppect .
