salut bon j'espere que je post dans le bon endroit

voila j'ai un gros probleme j'vien de macheter ce boitier d'aquisition et le probleme c que des que jouvre le programme sa tourne et tout et des que je fait en sorte de voir la video du camescope le programme plante automatiquement jsuis désesperé que faut til faire ?

si vous avez une solution merci de bien voiloir me repondre
