bonjour à tous,

j'ai cherché sur votre forum je n'ai pas trouvé d'informations pouvant m'aider pour résoudre mon problème

voilà je n'arrive pas à ouvrir les pièces jointes

comment faire pour débloquer ça?

avez-vous une adresse de forums outlook pour m'aider éventuellement?

    salut analyse ta piece jointe avec norton puisvas dans outlook puis Outils\Options\ Onglet "sécurité" et tu décoche "ne pas autoriser l'ouverture...." si ça marche toujour pas essaye d'ouvrir avec hotmail
