Tu peux en trouver un, qui est une version d'evaluation, a cette adresse:

edit: une version light du codec est aussi disponible sur le site...

Neanmoins, il y a surement des limitations dans son utilisation. Deja, seul le profile Baseline est implemente, ce qui va limiter l'interet du h.264, puisqu'il n'y a ni les B-Slices, ni les SI/SP-Slices...

Sinon, tu a le projet hdot264, mais je n'ai pas verifie son avancement depuis un petit moment...

Enfin, la reference, qui contient tout les outils specifiques du h.264, mais qui est lente au possible.
