Bonjour à tous

J'ai eun petit problème, j'ai acheté le graveur de LG super multi dvd avec les programmes fourni dont neo dvd plus 5. J'ai installé les programmes mais quand j'essai d'ouvrir neo dvd, tout ce qu'il fait c'est qu'il me met un icone dans ma barre des taches et ne s'ouvre pas sur le bureau comme il devrait. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé et toujours le même problème. Quelqu'un peut-il me dire quoi faire?
