[VISTA] Problème avec Kaspersky sous vista

Bonjour,

J'ai un problème avec Kasperky 9. Quand je lance l'analyse complète il se bloque sur un fichier dans les 2% de l'analyse et je ne peux plus rien faire et je dois éteindre mon pc par la force.

Que faut-il faire? Avez-vous eu ce problème et trouvé une solution?

Merci pour votre aide.
