Aloha, as-tu essayé "NetLimiter" dans sa version pro ? il possède pas mal d'options de monitoring et de limitations de bande passante en fonctions des interfaces et/ou IP

    NetLimiter Pro, comme le disait Drak, c'est le pied, je peux te l'assurer, de plus, il te permet de limiter des types de traffique ou des application et ce, à la volée.

    Il peut démarrer comme un service aussi, ce qui permet déviter de se logger sur une machine pour qu'il démarre.
