Bonsoir,

après 4 mois d'attente, Free s'est rappelé que j'avais demander une freebox v5 (HD), et me l'a donc fait parvenir, sans mot d'excuse :francais:

Je l'ai donc branché en lieu et place de ma v4 (même endroit, même câble tel., même cables réseau), et là : RCOD (rectangle clignotant of dead :transpi: )...

J'ai retrouvé un vieux modem, et c'est grâce à celui-ci que je peux venir demander votre aide !

Que puis-je faire ?

RESOLU : j'ai fait un petit chat avec un technicien free, et le MAC de ma freebox n'était pas enregistré...
