voila j'ai enfin fini d'optimiser le systeme, mais comme d'hab, j'ai un petit souci , pas trop grave, c'est juste pour pas aller coucher plus idiot ce soir , que je ne le suis.

J'ai donc overclocker mon E4400 a 3,2 Ghz (origine 2 Ghz), il est stable

ma ram, je l'ai laisser a 800 Mhz pile poil avec le ratio fsb/ram en 5-5-5-15
