Salut a tous

Voila en ce moment j'étudie la méthode NIAM, et je comprend pas grand chose, ou est ce qu'il faut mettre les fleches sur les idées, les sortes de V, je comprend pas trop, est ce quelqu'un aurait un tuto ou pourrais me donner des explications?
