bonjour,

j'ai commandé il y a une semaine une carte graphique sur ebay aux états unis (440 euros fdp compris) et je viens de me rendre compte a l'instant en allant sur chronopost que mon colis est bloqué a la douane, facture manquante. Pourtant il a été envoyé par USPS, je croyais que le risque était faible mais je dois avoir la poisse. Par contre je n'ai recu aucun courrier ni email me prévenant de ce blocage. Que dois je faire?
