L'OEM est attachée au premier PC sur lequel tu l'installes alors qu'avec une version Boîte, tu peux réutiliser ta license sur ton nouveau PC à condition de formater l'ancien.

De plus avec l'OEM un changement de matos comme la CM peut rendre la license invalide.

EDIT : OEM = Original Equipement Manufacturer autrement dit version destinée à l'origine aux constructeurs/assembleurs.
