Lorsque je clique sur

-accessoires > outils système > Informations systèmes,

Le pointeur affiche un sablier durant une seconde puis rien d’autres. Comment faire pour que cette action soit valide SVP ? D’avance merci.

    dans "démarrer" =>"executer", tape : msinfo32, puis fais entrer..il devrait t'afficher la fenêtre...tu confirmes que cela fonctionne? :francais:

    oui, je viens de faire recherche et l'exécutable msinfo32.exe ce trouve également dans c:\windows\system32\dllcache.

    Enfin, je ne saurais comment l'expliquer, mais maintenant la fonction "Informations Systèmes" fonctionne correctement.
