4770K sur Z87 G45 Gaming

Hello,

Je cherche à OC mon processeur qui est un 4770K@3.5GHz fréquence de base pour lui faire atteindre les 4.2 voir 4.4Ghz.

Ma carte mère est une MSI Z87 G45 Gaming et d'un refroidissement air Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

J'ai déjà essayé un VCore de 1.18V avec un coefficient de 40 pour atteindre les 4Ghz et ça semblait stable.

Seul bémol, je ne peux pas lancer de test OCCT car le TMPIN5 est mal reconnu, la sonde affiche 127° non stop ce qui fait arrêter OCCT.

Je vous joins une capture du de HWMonitor sans aucun OC.

A votre avis, quels fréquence et vcore puis-je mettre ? Dois-je changer autre chose.

Que Tmpin5 n'est certainement pas connecté sur ta config. Ne pas y prêter attention.

Utiliiser intel ipdt pour vérifier le cpu

J'ai mis 42 en coef et 1,2V en CPU Voltage. Et j'ai fait tourné Assassin's Creed Origins plusieurs heures. Ca n'a pas bronché.

Je ne connais pas assassin's creed, mais les jeux sont souvent un mauvais test pour un overclocking car ils n'utilisent pas souvent beaucouo le CPU.

L'outil Intel est intéressant car il permet de stresser un peu toutes les parties du CPU. (Pas que les entiers ou la virgule flottante par exemple)

tout en sachant que AC Origins est développé avec le même moteur AnvilNext d'Ubisoft : " Do note that in Alexandria in Assasin’s Creed Origins we could never achieve the same performance and were severely CPU-limited, even on NVIDIA’s hardware. @revker : c'est pas tant ça que je voulais dire. Je voulais indiquer que le test avec AC Origins était représentatif de la charge CPU (qu'elle soit justifiée par ses perfs ou pas justifiée à cause de pb de dev).
 

Et bravo pour les "Pass" du test Intel avec une conf qui commence à dater mais qui tient encore bien la route, preuve est faite... Si si , OC ça a du bon.

Intéressant, mais attention, sans la description de toute la config (cg, présence de ssd nvme (ah ben non en fait)), rien ne garanti que la limite sera le cpu.

De plus, 100% de CPU pour dans les drivers n'est pas toujours aussi stressant que 100% dans un bench CPU. Lors de buhs de polotes, on peut voir des machines à 100% CPU mais qui ne sont pas ralenties, bien qu'elles chauffent quand même.

Bon dans le cas de ce.moteur de jeu, je pense quand même que c'est une bonne grosse charge.

Et tel un bench JV permet de tester le système complet en charge, pas juste le CPU.

Salut, simple curiosité, quelle est la résolution de ton écran ? Je pose cette question car on sait que le syndrome du cpu limited en jeu apparait sur les petites résolutions, plus on augmente la résolution plus le cpu est soulagé , au détriment du GPU bien sur. Mais ici en RTX2080 on est pas mal .

Bien sur il y a des limites je ne dis pas qu'on peux jouer en 8k avec un celeron hein :fume:

- MSI Z87-G45 Gaming.

- Intel Core I7 4770K@4.2Ghz (maintenant :D)

- 16 Go DDR3@2400Mhz (profil XMP).

- Sandisk SSD Sata de 256Go.

- Kfa² Geforce RTX 2080.

Avec ça, je tiens le 60 fps en 120% de résolution sur AC Origins en FullHD ou 40-45 fps en 4K. Le tout en Ultra partout.
